How The Paint Mixing Room Works:
The Technocure Paint Mixing Room is designed to create the ideal environment for storing, mixing and matching paint. Air flows in through the filtered air intake plenum (located in the ceiling at one end of the room), downward through the work area and into the exhaust chamber located in the lower opposite end. Filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and is discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack. Bright full room illumination is provided by four tube, 48", 32 watt fluorescent light fixtures in the ceiling panels. Each is sealed behind clear tempered safety glass. The Paint Mix Room is constructed from 18 gauge galvanized steel panels, prefabricated and powder coated white. The personnel access door is pre-hung in heavy gauge galvanized steel frame for easy installation. A Brixon latch is provided for the door opening. One tempered glass observation window is standard in all paint mix rooms. Technocure has developed the consistent paint mixing environment.

located in the ceiling panels.
Exhaust side: 2 - 20" x 20" Spun Glass Fiber Filters are located in the lower side of the booth, opposite the intake side. All filters can be replaced simply. |

12 inch precision balanced, spark resistant aluminum fan blades. Fan can deliver up to 1,920 cu. ft. per minute each @ .5" Static Pressure, with low operating noise level. |
| Fan Motor | One 1/2 hp 208-230/480 volt, 3 phase, high efficiency TFEC (optional single phase available). |
| Finish | "Porcelain like" Polyurethane and Polyester Premium White Powder Coating. |
